ANWSER - in the right top conner you will see is a M click it and take the quiz (you MUST be 30 days old) if you pass the quiz you will become a secret agent you have to log off and log back on to recive your spy phone
QUESTION - HOW TO BE A TOUR GUIDE?
ANWSER - to become a tour guide you have to be at least 30 days old go to the ski village and you will see a stand saying TOURS click that then you wil have to take a quiz on club penguin if you pass it you can be a tour guide then look in your to find a hat with a question mark on it put that hat on by clicking it everything but your hat has to be off in order to give a tour then press W on your keybord and you will be holding a sigh saying tours
